Over the past 4 years, the A & A Group's continuing contribution to raising standards in the Insurance industry have been recognised by three seperate awards, proving our commitment to quality products and customer care.

The first award to be given was the British Insurance Association's "Personal Lines Broker of the Year 2004" award, which was adjudicated by a 20-strong panel of industry specialists. In giving this award the judges noted the Group's commitment to its customers and level of underwriting skill and also praised the many innovative initiatives which have helped it retain a high percentage of customers, increase sales, boost profitability and secure staffing levels.

The judges particularly noted the Group's contribution in the niche, but growing, market of high-risk motor insurance. Here, it has been working hard for a number of years to secure value for money on behalf of motorists wanting non-standard cover, and those often penalised unfairly by competitors for the car they own, their profession or previous driving record.

As well as the BIA award, the Group also picked up a prestigious double at The 2005 Insurance Age Awards.

The first of these recognised the Group's online expertise via the "Best Use of E-business" prize, awarded for the development of QuoteA.co.uk, which has quickly become a major player in the field of online insurance provision.

Secondly, the Group's commitment to developing its staff was rewarded when a Sales Manager picked up the "Young Broker of the Year" award.

Looking back at the awards, Chief Executive of The A & A Group Ltd, Tony Allen, commented: "We are delighted to have our achievements recognised in this way and on such a high profile stage".
